Our innovative spring mechanism improves the functionality of a tube cutter. The addition of a spring acts as a damper to absorb the excess pressure from the blade, reducing the chance of damaging the tubing material. At the same time, the spring applies a constant gripping force to the tube and maintains the contact between the blade and the tube.
This allows the user to keep cutting a tube without retightening the cutter. Another unique feature of the spring mechanism is that the spring will adapt to the shape of the tube. Tubes that are not perfectly round or have indents can still be cut with our spring tube cutter.
